The Makita 18-Volt LXT Brushless 3-Speed Impact Wrench (XWT11Z) combines extended run time and speed control for unmatched fastening performance. The XWT11Z is powered by a Makita brushless motor for longer run time, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. 3 speeds with reverse rotation auto-stop mode stops rotation in 2-seconds when fastener is adequately loosened, making the XWT11Z ideal for automotive, installation, and fabrication trades. Its part of Makita’s expanding 18-Volt LXT system, the worlds largest cordless tool system powered by 18-Volt lithium-ion batteries. Makita 18-Volt LXT Batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. 18-Volt LXT batteries are included in this kit. For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls. Star Protection is communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating.
